John Bishop's charts indicate name of "Joseph-Alphonse".5 Other records indicate name of "Alphonse".3

Later, Alphonse Bishop resided in Spanish, Ontario, then Echo Bay, Ontario, Canada. Foe could cross his legs while sitting normally in a chair and both feet would be flat on the floor.1
